Thank you for your interest in the Mathcad 30-Day Trial Download.

This Trial version is the same as the full commercial version of Mathcad with the exception that it will expire 30 days after it is installed. In order to obtain a product code licensed version, you will need to enter a new product code in the license wizard.

Before downloading Mathcad Trial Version

• Check the information below to ensure that your hardware configuration meets those certified for Mathcad:
  • Pentium-compatible 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x86-64, EM64T) processor - 400 MHz or higher; 700+ MHz recommended
  • Windows 7 (64- or 32-bit), Windows Vista (64- and 32-bit), Windows XP Professional (including 64-bit), Windows XP Home
  • 256 MB of RAM; 512 MB or more recommended
  • 1.75 GB of hard disk space (3000MB for Mathcad, 100MB for prerequisites, 1.4GB temporary space during installation)
  • SVGA or higher graphics card and monitor
  • Mouse or compatible pointing device

Mathcad Trial Installation

1. Save the installation file to your computer (it slightly less than 300 MB so it may take a few minutes for the download to complete depending on your Internet connection and computer performance).

2. Click browse and select a destination for the folder that you can easily locate (such as your desktop), then click “Unzip.” This will create a folder at the specified destination called “Mathcad 15_EN”

3. Open the folder and double-click the “setup.exe” file to start the installation.

4. Follow the instructions and on the Mathcad License Type page, chose "Acquire new license" and continue with the installation

5. At the end of the installation process, you will be guided to set up a license.  Choose "I want to acquire alicense via the internet" and "I want a trial license" on the first two pages of the Mathcad License Setup.
